The tilting, toppling, talking turtle game. Topsy needs your help to get out of the pond. Be the first player to place all your blocks under Topsy Turtle's feet to win. Be careful--don't let him fall. A colourful and silly way to help pre-schoolers learn about balance. Topsy talks to you as you play. Each game takes about 15 minutes, so you can pack away quickly or have another go.
